The Fagor 8 quart Duo Pressure Cooker has the spring type mechanism with dual pressure settings: Low (8 pounds per square inch) and High (15 pounds per square inch). Sleek black ergonomically designed handle. Made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel. An automatic pressure release valve and visual pressure indicator make the Duo extremely easy to operate. Each Fagor pressure cooker has a triple safety mechanism, a pressure control valve, and a safety lock on the handle that prevents accidental opening under pressure, plus two independent over-pressure release valves.
